1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis of a legal agreement between the at77 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player", "member"). Please read and understand these Terms fully before using the at77 website, mobile interface, or any related services.

3 Account Security

The security of your at77 account is entirely your own responsibility. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for deposits at at77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

If the information provided at the time of deposit is incorrect or the transaction is incomplete, at77 is not obligated to credit that deposit. Keep the transaction reference number as proof of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is suspected.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method registered on the account.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to an account in the depositor's own name.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at at77 have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳34,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus wagering will not be counted equally across all games — different rates may apply for certain games.
• at77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is a punishable offence and both accounts may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

at77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

6 Gaming Rules

All games at at77 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which should be understood before playing.

• If the result of a game remains undetermined due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be considered void and the wager will be returned.
• at77 will not be responsible for an incomplete game caused by an internet disconnection — this is an issue with the player's own internet connection.
• In sports betting, the outcome of a wager will depend on the official result of the relevant competition.
• at77 reserves the right to review and correct the result of any bet or game if fraud or error is proven.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at77 platform:

• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion or playing in coordination with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses — claiming bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts or false information.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward other players or at77 staff.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, at77 may immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming
